Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vibomobile application (the “App”), operated by Victor Fornet (France) (“Vibo”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Contact: vibo.support@gmail.com.

1. The service

Vibo is an educational app that teaches people how to build with AI tools through interactive lessons. Content is provided for general educational purposes and may be updated or changed over time.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (see Section 10). You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

3. Subscriptions (Vibo Pro)

Vibo offers an auto-renewable subscription, Vibo Pro, which unlocks premium content.

  • Plans and price: Monthly (e.g. €7.99/month) and Annual (e.g. €59.99/year). The Annual plan may include a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Exact prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region and over time.
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Free trial: If you start a free trial and do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
  • Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds:Purchases are handled by Apple; refund requests are subject to Apple's policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it in violation of applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

The App and its content (text, lessons, graphics, the Vibo mascot, and logos) are owned by Vibo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership rights.

6. Disclaimers

The App and its educational content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the content will achieve any particular result.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including, for consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer rights).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Apple-specific terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Vibo, not Apple, and that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
